PURWOKERTO – The International Affairs Office of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, in collaboration with the Cilacap Immigration Office, successfully held an “Eazy Passport” service on Monday, October 13, 2025. The event, aimed at simplifying the passport application process, took place on the 10th floor of the AR Fachrudin building on the university campus.
The program, which commenced at 1:00 PM, provided on-site services for new passport applications as well as renewals for both adults and applicants under the age of 17. This initiative was designed to provide greater convenience for students, faculty, and the surrounding community by bringing essential immigration services directly to them.
The event saw a steady stream of applicants throughout the day. Participants were able to complete the entire application process, from document submission to biometric data collection, in a single location without having to travel to the immigration office in Cilacap.
Sources from the organizing committee reported that the event proceeded smoothly, with staff from both the university and the immigration office working efficiently to assist all attendees. The collaboration marks a significant effort by Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto to facilitate international mobility and provide value-added services for its academic community and the public.
